Weekly maintenance visits

The backbone of most maintenance programs are the weekly maintenance visits. For each week during the growing season we make a service visit to your property to mow turf areas to proper growing height, line trim along curb and walk lines, and blow all walkways and curbs from grass clippings and debris. But where most service providers would stop, we continue - each week we ensure that sticks and debris, including trash, are picked up and removed from the property, and we make note of any additional maintenance that may need to be performed. This way you’ll always have an extra set of eyes around the property looking for potential trouble areas. Our maintenance plans are for commercial and residential properties requiring a quality and timely service provider.

Spring + Fall Clean up

Each spring can bring unique challenges to your property. Snow removal services over the winter months can cause damage to turf and irrigation systems. Therefore we can perform a full inspection of the property prior to the growing season and create a plan to address any problem areas during spring clean up. Our typical spring clean up services include a general clean-up of all turf and landscapes on the property. Turf areas are power-raked, leaves and debris in foundation areas and planting beds are cleaned out, and all walkways and curb lines are blown clean for a fresh start to the season.

Fall clean up services include at least two visits to remove all leaves and debris from your property. During the final visit we typical perform one last mowing of the turf for proper overwintering. We take a lot of pride in our fall clean-ups and we are confident you’ll be very pleased with the results.
